2019 is the 100^th anniversary of the creation of The Bauhaus. An art and design movement that any lover of Mid Century design should be eternally thankful for. In fact no school of design has been as influential as the Bauhaus.

To celebrate our recent collaboration with LadyJoBangles to create our fabulous new Tropical Christmas Coasters, we've been delving into the dangerously addictive world of Pinterest to collect inspirational Tropical and kitsch Christmas decor ... and how superb some of it is!

We are super excited to announce that for the last few weeks we have been in cahoots with the exceedingly talented LadyJoBangles. If you already know about the Queen of Tropical Christmas, you will be familiar with her amazing vintage inspired, hand-painted accessories and Christmas decorations. We have been a huge fan of LadyJoBangles for some time so we were so pleased when she agreed to design and paint a couple of Christmas themed designs for us! .... And she certainly didn't disappoint! 

They have been in the pipeline for some time, and we are finally nearly ready to launch our latest design! But, before we launch our new Mid Century Geometric Tableware we are running a subscribers' pre-order! ... with a discount too!

Many of you may not be aware that June 23rd is Pink Flamingo Day! Yes, in a world full of weird and wonderful celebration days, this might not surprise you and yet it is probably not what you first think.

We're super excited to launch our new tableware designs for retro kids! As parents of a lively 4 year old, we know only too well how mealtimes can pan out, so we reckon any weapon in the arsenal for calmer dinnertimes is only to be encouraged! So we have come up with a couple of designs with vibrant colours and patterns that cool kids will love ...

 We are loving the early hot weather here in the UK ... and we think it's time to get your hair up for Summer and stay cool and cute in the heat! Our new retro prints are just perfect for getting your hair up and out of your way while maintaining your vintage style. This month we launched four new bandanas to keep you looking stylish while strutting your stuff in the sunshine!

Blimey, it's been a bit hectic this last month and we are only just getting round to updating the blog! It makes a nice change - instead of just announcing a new product, we can say it is already flying out the door! Hurrah!
