Delivery Times 

We dispatch orders within 1-3 working days (1-2 days for greetings cards). 

Delivery times will depend on your location and the method of shipping you chose during checkout.

If you're in the UK you should receive your order 1-2 working days after dispatch for First Class and within 2-3 days for Second Class, but please do allow up to 5 working days for delivery when placing your order.

NORTHERN IRELAND & EUROPE: We are so sad to day that after 5th December 2024 we will not longer be able to ship to NI & EUROPE. This is due to new GPSR regulations which are currently making it financially impossible for micro businesses like ourselves. It's early days for this new regulation and we really hope to see some caveats introduced which will enable us to resume serving our NI & EU friends! 

EUROPE *only until 6th December*: We are limited to Ireland, Belgium, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway & Switzerland only, please shop via our Etsy Store 

International: Delivery outside of Europe usually takes 1- 2 weeks, but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after dispatch before getting in touch about non-delivery (again, happy to say this is is rare!). 

** If you need your order in a hurry or by a specific date, please feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to hurry it to you!

We will send you an order confirmation email and a dispatch email which will include your order number. If you have any questions concerning your order, please don't hesitate to contact us by replying to either of these emails, or email us at info@inkabilly.com, quoting your order number.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order. You can calculate your shipping costs from within your shipping cart with our Shipping Costs Calculator situated at the bottom of the cart page.

We only charge the actual postage & packaging cost - no hidden profit is made on postage! We also believe in transparent shipping charges, hence no false 'free shipping' (where you actually do pay for the shipping within the price of the item and therefore end up overpaying when you purchase multiple items).

UK Shipping: Royal Mail First Class, or Second Class. Orders over £50, or 1kg in weight are sent with tracking, & a signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping: All international orders are sent using a tracked service.

Europe: If you are buying from Ireland, Belgium, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway or Switzerland please head over to our Etsy Store from where we can facilitate shipping.

For all other EU countries: We're sad to say that as a micro business, we are no longer able to facilitate shipping to most EU countries due to new Brexit and packaging laws which make it financially and bureaucratically impossible. We are so sorry!

'Signed For' or Insured/Trackable Shipping: If you require this service for parcels under the weights quoted above it will require an additional charge. Please contact us by email us at info@inkabilly.com before placing your order, and we'll be happy to upgrade you.

Please note that international customers (outside the UK) are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with shipping after the item reaches their respective country.
