Delivery Times
Our current processing time is 1-4 days. This is the time it takes for us to create the products and pack your order.
Please do get in touch if you're in a hurry, and we'll do our best to accommodate your speedy request!
If you're in the UK you should receive your order 1-2 working days after dispatch for First Class and within 2-3 days for Second Class, but please do allow up to 5 working days for delivery when placing your order.
NORTHERN IRELAND & EUROPE: We are so sad to say that we are no longer able to ship to NI & EUROPE. This is due to new EU GPSR regulations which are currently making it financially impossible for micro businesses like ourselves to ship to these destinations.
USA: PLEASE SHOP VIA OUR ETSY STORE where we can more easily facilitate the new tariffs.

International: Delivery outside of Europe usually takes 1- 2 weeks, but please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after dispatch before getting in touch about non-delivery (again, happy to say this is is rare!).
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order. We only charge the actual postage & packaging cost - no hidden profit is made on postage! We also believe in transparent shipping charges, hence no false 'free shipping' (where you actually do pay for the shipping within the price of the item and therefore end up overpaying when you purchase multiple items). You can calculate your shipping costs from within your shipping cart with our Shipping Costs Calculator situated at the bottom of the cart page.
UK Shipping: Royal Mail First Class, or Second Class. Orders over £50, or 1kg in weight are sent with tracking.
International Shipping: All sent by tracked Airmail: Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier (usually UPS).
'Signed For' or Insured/Trackable Shipping: If you require this service in the UK for parcels under the weights quoted above it will require an additional charge. Please contact us by email us at info@inkabilly.com before placing your order, and we'll be happy to upgrade you.
Please note that international customers (outside of UK) are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with shipping after the item reaches their respective country.
