Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us, quoting your Order Number, at info@inkabilly.com 

Returns should be sent within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info@inkabilly.com BEFORE sending anything back to us.

We hand-press or hand-sew all our products and so every order is inspected in great detail before dispatch, but If you believe your goods are faulty, or they have been damaged during shipping, we can offer an exchange or refund. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photograph of the damaged item and your order number.  If it was damaged during transport, please include a photograph of the damaged packaging as well. 

Faulty or damaged items must then be returned to us and we will refund your postage costs and get a replacement sent out to you, or issue a refund. Refunds or replacements are only processed upon receipt of the faulty goods.

We offer a 14 working days cooling off period following the first working day after you receive your order.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.  The product must  be returned within 14 days at your own cost.  Inkabilly products are your responsibility during this time period and they must be returned in the same condition as they were received including any original packaging.  If they are received in the same condition with all original packaging within the 14 days following your email, we will process your refund less postage costs. 

Items that have been worn or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

GOOD NEWS! If you have paid using Paypal, you can now request a refund of any return postage through Paypal Us. See your Paypal account for further details.
