Refunds & Exchanges: Please contact us within 14 days for 'change of mind' returns and 48 hours for faulty goods. We will resolve faulty goods issues at no extra cost to yourself with an exhange or refund. Change of mind returns are refunded at cost price only (original and return postage not refunded).
