Shipping Costs: This is based on the weight of your order, and only covers the cost of packaging and postage (no extra profit made here!). Refunds & Exchanges: All our producst are lovingly hand-made and we want you to be nothing short of ecstatic with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve faulty goods issues at no extra cost to yourself with a prompt exchange or refund. Change of mind returns: Please contact us within 14 daysof reciept.
