Delivery: The majority of our products are made to order. Our current processing time is 1-3 days. Greetings cards are in stock and dispatched within 1-2 days. Shipping Costs: This is based on the weight of your order, and only covers the cost of packaging and postage (no extra profit made here!). You can calculate your shipping cost in your shopping cart prior to checkout, using our handy shipping calculator. Click view cart and find it at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
Refunds & Exchanges: All our products are lovingly hand-finished by us and we want you to be nothing short of ecstatic with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve faulty goods issues at no extra cost to yourself with a prompt exchange or refund. Change of mind returns: Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
