Payment is via Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account, you can use Paypal to pay with your own credit card details.
We will send you an order confirmation email with an Order ID. If you have any questions concerning your order, please don't hesitate to contact us quoting your Order ID.
We can also accept personal cheques and bank transfers. Please contact us for details.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order. We only charge the actual postage & packaging cost - no hidden profit is made on postage! Sometimes a mistake can be made by us or our trustee website calculator, so if you think your shipping charge is way out, then please do get in touch.
UK Shipping: Royal Mail First Class.
International Shipping: Standard Airmail.
'Signed For' or Insured/Trackable Shipping: If you require this service, it will require an additinoal charge. Please contact us via this site or call us directly on (UK) 07710 161935 before placing your order, and we'll be happy to upgrade you.
Please note - International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with shipping after the item reaches their respective country.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days and we will let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If you're in the UK (and Mr.Postie is doing his job correctly) you should receive your order the day after dispatch, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery when placing your order.
Europe: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after dispatch.
International: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after dispatch.
** If you need your order in a hurry or by a specific date, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to hurry it to you!
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy! :)

Returns should be sent within 7 days of receipt and must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back to us.
If goods are faulty we will issue a no-squabble exchange or refund.
If an item doesn’t fit, we will replace it with an alternative size providing that the alternative size is in stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges in this instance.
Items that have been worn or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that although we try our best to provide accurate pictures of our products, depiction of colours may vary depending on your computer monitor.
